Who made the things on this website?

I did! All products on this website were made by me, Katie M.

What is the item made from?

I use a range of materials from soft luxurious alpaca yarns to vegan friendly acrylics and cotton. All items in my shop have the materials they are made from in their descriptions.

Are any of your items suitable for vegans?

If you are looking for vegan items, this will also be stated. Look out for items made from acrylic or cotton or check out this page in my shop. If you are unsure please just drop me a message using the contact form or a DM over on my Instagram page.

How much is shipping?

I charge a flat fee of £3.80 on postage, or postage charges are included on orders over £30.

What will my order arrive in?

I try to use recycled or paper materials. Some of your orders may come in a recycled padded envelope. If you would prefer new packaging please put a note when checking out.

When will my order be posted out?

I try to get all parcels sent out within 4 business days of receiving an order. All parcels are sent out via Royal Mail Second Class post. If you need an item in a speedier fashion please just drop me a message on here on on my Instagram Page and I will see what I can do.

Do you have a coupon code?

Chances are there is currently a coupon code activated right now. But they are only available to my Newsletter Subscribers. You can sign up here.

Won't you just spam me with a load of emails?

No I won't. I currently send out an email once a month with news and offers. I might send an extra one out to announce new products and the odd reminder if you have something in your cart without checking out. But it won't be a lot!
